Checkout Terms of Service
By completing this purchase, you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree that this payment is made pursuant to the terms outlined in the executed service agreement, proposal, or contract (the “Agreement”) between you and Propel Optimize.
All services, deliverables, timelines, payment obligations, and conditions associated with this transaction are governed exclusively by that Agreement, including but not limited to:
- Scope of work and project deliverables
- Payment terms, fees, and billing schedules
- Revisions, approvals, and timelines
- Intellectual property ownership and usage rights
- Confidentiality and data handling
- Termination and refund policies
- Limitation of liability
Submission of payment constitutes confirmation that:
- You have reviewed and agreed to the terms of the Agreement
- This payment is authorized and accurate
- You understand that all sales are subject to the terms outlined in the Agreement unless otherwise stated in writing
If no formal Agreement is in place, by submitting payment you agree to be bound by Propel Optimize's standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
